Islay Smoke house is a new smokehouse on the Isle of Islay, Scotland, specialising in premium smoked fish and seafood.

After a great deal of hard work behind the scenes, we're delighted to announce that our smokehouse is now officially up and running. With all legislation, compliance requirements and shelf-life testing successfully completed, Kayleigh is ready to go after completing her Seafish-approved smoking course with renowned UK seafood smoking expert Ivan Jaines White. With our team fully trained and everything in place, we're ready to bring you the very best in smoked produce.
